With over 20 years of human resources and management, I bring a unique perspective to my recruiting focus; one that looks at the goals and needs of both employers and candidates.

I have worked in the Midwest banking industry for the past 12 years, partnering with both community and corporate banking institutions to build stable, dynamic teams that are making the difference in their companies and communities.  By getting a thorough understanding of the qualifications and skills needed, less valuable time is spent screening candidates.  Just as important is the gathering of information about the culture and philosophy of a bank, this knowledge creates a successful, long term relationships between employer, employee and customer.

Personal Profile:
I am a fanatic about the changing seasons. Whether I am out in the yard gardening in spring, kayaking on a calm summer morning, trail riding through the woods in the fall or taking a dip in the icy waters of winter, I’m at home, here in Wisconsin.
